Solution: A tailored approach combining strategy, practice, and innovation
To meet the diverse needs of Louvre Abu Dhabi, Ask Mona Academy deployed a two-phase training program:
- Introductory conference : A large public session to raise awareness among all staff about the impact of AI on culture, audiences, and future professional practices.
- Specialized workshops : Department-specific sessions combining theory, practical exercises, customized prompt library development, training exercises, and prototyping of AI-powered solutions.
- Innovative applications : Designing AI workflows, notably for the automatic translation of exhibit labels into Easy-to-Read French, and developing tools to support visitor mediation.
