The arrival of artificial intelligence tools has disrupted many professions, and the cultural sector is no exception.
At the Théâtre Antique d’Orange, teams were facing a twofold situation:
In this context, the Théâtre wished to support its teams in finding the right balance: integrating AI in a thoughtful way, serving creativity and cultural excellence, while also gaining awareness of the multiplicity of AI tools available today.
To meet this need, the Théâtre Antique d’Orange turned to the expertise of Ask Mona Academy which led a training session dedicated to the professional uses of AI.
This intervention had three main objectives:
The training delivered extremely positive feedback from participants:
One employee shared:
The training taught me how to truly master generative AI software — how to frame my prompts, phrase them clearly, and therefore obtain more accurate answers.
At the end of this training, the Théâtre Antique d’Orange staff developed a much more balanced and constructive approach to AI.
The support provided by Ask Mona Academy enabled:
As Julia Pons, Director of the Théâtre Antique d’Orange, highlights:
“The training allowed us to truly familiarize ourselves with AI tools. It was highly interactive and greatly appreciated by all of us.”
Ask Mona Academy offers a recognized training program and with recognition comes accessibility: in the case of the Théâtre Antique d’Orange, funding was made possible through Afdas, the institution’s Formative Partner, which allocated its annual training budget to cover the initiative.
The initiative carried out at the Théâtre Antique d’Orange illustrates a key mission of Ask Mona Academy: enabling every employee to adopt an intelligent and well-mastered use of AI.
At a time when AI is becoming unavoidable, training teams means giving them the opportunity to approach these tools with confidence, critical thinking, and creativity.
