A Double Challenge with AI

The arrival of artificial intelligence tools has disrupted many professions, and the cultural sector is no exception.

At the Théâtre Antique d’Orange, teams were facing a twofold situation:

• Some employees had never used AI before, lacking references or fearing a tool perceived as too complex.
• Others, on the contrary, had quickly adopted these technologies… sometimes too intensively, risking indiscriminate automation.

In this context, the Théâtre wished to support its teams in finding the right balance: integrating AI in a thoughtful way, serving creativity and cultural excellence, while also gaining awareness of the multiplicity of AI tools available today.

Towards a rightful AI integration within the workspace with Ask Mona Academy

To meet this need, the Théâtre Antique d’Orange turned to the expertise of Ask Mona Academy which led a training session dedicated to the professional uses of AI.

This intervention had three main objectives:

• Educate beginners, giving them the fundamentals to understand and confidently use AI.
• Frame advanced practices, to avoid overuse disconnected from real needs.
• Unite the teams around a shared vision, where AI remains a tool and never an end in itself.
