Artificial intelligence is already here — right before our eyes, right in our hands.
It’s no longer just a Californian “hype”: it’s a global phenomenon, whose impact is still difficult to fully grasp. UNESCO already refers to it as a technological revolution. And all signs suggest that AI is opening a new chapter in the history of industrial revolutions.
The adoption of artificial intelligence tools by companies opens up concrete opportunities:
To increase efficiency, imagine new services, automate certain tasks… but above all, to free up time, and restore value to initiative, creativity, and collective intelligence.
At Ask Mona, we believe that AI can help make work more meaningful again. Not by replacing humans, but by giving them more space.
That’s why we decided to put our expertise at the service of organizations, by supporting their teams in adopting these tools — by launching Ask Mona Academy.
Because it’s not the technology alone that drives change — it’s the people who embrace it.
Since 2017, Ask Mona has been developing artificial intelligence solutions for cultural institutions and brands. Our technical expertise is matched by a core mission: to share knowledge and empower people. That’s why we created Ask Mona Academy — a training structure designed for professionals who want to embrace AI in their daily work.
Designed by experienced trainers (lecturers at Sciences Po, Sorbonne, Arts et Métiers…), our method is based on a 4-step approach, tested with over 1,500 participants.
We begin by laying a shared foundation: What is generative AI? How does it work? What are the technical, ethical, and legal implications? This first step provides the essential knowledge needed to move forward with confidence.
Next comes discovery: participants try out different tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva, Copilot…) through concrete examples — summarization, automation, image generation, language processing, storytelling. The goal is to spark imagination and identify relevant applications for their profession.
Here, participants learn how to structure prompts, choose the right tools, and integrate AI into their workflows. This is where habits and work methods are developed to ensure lasting adoption. Each participant leaves with a toolkit of best practices and ready-to-use automations.
Each session concludes with hands-on exercises tailored to the participants’ roles — communication, mediation, HR, leadership, marketing, public engagement… We move from theory to practice, with real-world examples ready to implement the next day.
Feedback from participants confirms the value of this method:
“Very interesting, excellent training, great posture from the trainers.”
— Catherine Schneider, BnF
“Really great! I already knew some tools, but the training gave me more to work with.”
— Marie Dekens, musée du Quai Branly
“It was great to move beyond ChatGPT and explore other tools.”
— Benjamin Bechaux, Palais de la Porte Dorée
In 2024, Ask Mona Academy supported the Pathé Group in an ambitious nationwide AI upskilling initiative. The results:
Artificial intelligence is already here.
The difference lies in what you choose to do with it.
