During the Visit: Modern, Personalized Mediation

On-site, AI enables personalized mediation tailored to each visitor’s profile and expectations.

For instance, at the Château de Versailles, we developed a conversational guide dedicated to the gardens. Visitors can ask questions along their walk and enjoy a seamless, multilingual mobile experience—accessible directly on their phones.

After the Visit: Extending the Experience

Once the visit ends, some sites choose to continue the experience beyond the castle walls.

At Clos Lucé, for example, we designed a connected magnet sold in the gift shop. Scanning a QR code allows visitors to start a conversation with Leonardo da Vinci. This original format not only strengthens the emotional connection with the institution, but also creates new revenue opportunities.
